Refund Policy

General Information

Refunds for eligible transactions may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on the processing time of banks and third-party payment gateways. We actively communicate with payment processors to resolve any delays.

I) Refund Available

• Skilledera Courses: Refund requests are accepted within 24 hours of the original transaction.
• Monetization Series: Refunds allowed within 48 hours of purchase. No refund will be processed after that period.
• Digital Freelancing Bundle: Eligible for refund within 24 hours of the original transaction.

Note: A payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5% of the paid amount will be deducted from the refund.

Process for Refund Request

• Submit a ticket to our customer support or contact Skilledera officials.
• Provide a valid reason for the refund.
• Attach a screenshot of the payment invoice.

Refund Cancellation Policy

Once a refund request is canceled, it cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

II) No Refund Available

• No refund after 24 hours of purchase via website or affiliate link.
• In-Demand Workshops, Add-ons, Webinars, One-on-One Consultations: These are strictly non-refundable under all conditions.
• Add-ons: Remain active only with an active bundle. If a bundle is refunded, all attached add-ons are revoked and non-refundable.
